Muzafer Gür was born in the village of Şırnak Beytüşşebap Doğanyol on June 28 1985. He received his primary and high school education in Van. He completed the international import-export in the University of the Caucasus. Later he worked in the Customs Directorate of Van, the Customs Directorate of Hakari and the Customs Directorate of Habur. In 2009 he started working in the construction industry in different companies such as Demce Construction, Ozars Construction, Intekar Construction, Gürsesli Construction and İnesal Construction respectively, where he worked as an accountant and HR. He currently serves as Secretary General for DOĞUSİFED.
