She was born in Giresun in 1978. She graduated from Kocaeli Trade and Vocational High School and later completed her studies in Accounting and Tax Applications at Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration. Karayüksel has held positions in office management and administrative affairs at various companies.
Between 2008 and 2025, she worked at TÜRKONFED as Finance Executive. As of 2026, she continues her role as Finance Director.
