Born on June 12, 1984 in Ordu, Samet Aktaş completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ordu. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He is married and has two children.
Aktaş, who started to work as the 2nd generation manager of Aktaşlar company, which was established in 1981, in 2001; He is the vice chairman of the board of directors of Nelipide company, which serves with 4 restaurants operating in Ordu and Istanbul provinces, and
Aktaşlar Lezzet Group company, which started frozen food production as of 2008 and offers its products in the domestic and foreign markets.
Aktaş, who served as the chairman of Ordu Young Entrepreneur Business People Association, of which he was a founding member, between 2017-2021, is still a member of the High Advisory Board of Ordu Young Entrepreneur Business People Association.
As of February 2023, he continues his duty as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the Eastern Black Sea Industry and Business Federation (DOKASİFED), where he has been a board member for 3 years.
