Kaan Kiziroğlu is a seasoned investment banker. He has 26 years of experience in various fields of corporate finance including financing, operational turnaround, financial restructuring, M&A, real estate & family office advisory. He is experienced in raising and arranging financing for SMEs, Mid and Large size corporates from lending market and capital markets. He has been working on sustainability of family businesses in Turkey and a big fan of shareholders agreement implementation in family businesses for the continuation of family businesses and for the benefit of young successors.
He is the Founder & Managing Partner of Servo Capital Advisors, a 12 years old corporate finance company. In Servo Capital, he has led various multi-lender financing syndications, corporate and real estate M&A processes of foreign family offices, restructurings in variety of sectors and executed deals in variety of regions including Turkey, Germany and Azerbaijan.
Before establishing Servo Capital Advisors, he was the Chairman & General Manager of Turkish subsidiary of Abu Dhabi State Wealth Fund Mubadala & General Electric Capital ('MGEC'). He also has worked in structured finance and special situations department of Credit Suisse, fixed income department of Dündas Ünlü, corporate and leverage buy-out ratings department of Fitchratings/Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co, treasury department & corporate marketing department of Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.
Mr. Kiziroğlu is a graduate of Engineering Faculty of Middle East Technical University ('METU')-Turkey & has three Masters Degrees: i) Master of Science from METU, ii) MBA from Bilgi University and iii) Master of Business Law from Galatasaray University. Mr. Kiziroğlu is a holder of Turkish Capital Market Board's ('SPK') 'Advanced Level License' and 'Derivative Products License', 'Real Estate Appraisal License', 'Corporate Governance', 'Corporate Credit License'.
