Hande Öztürk, who is a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Manager of GEMAK AŞ, which establishes food, chemical and pharmaceutical factories all over the world, graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design in the year 2000. She completed her master's degree in Industrial Product Design at Middle East Technical University. She fulfilled the TOBB University Business Administration program. Öztürk worked on design and furniture until 2003, and since 2003, she has been working as an administrator in family owned business Gemak A.Ş. and Promak Ltd. Being a member of many non-governmental organizations, Hande Öztürk has been actively involved in many tasks at the Angikad Entrepreneurial Business Women Association since 2012. She still continues her duties as ANGİKAD Board of Directors, İÇASIFED Board Member and TÜRKONFED Board Member.
She won the first place in Turkey with her designs in the PHILIPS Lighting Design competition held in 1999.
Öztürk is married, has two children and speaks English fluently.
