Mehmet Salih Özen, who is the Chairperson of the Board of ADNAN ÖZEN AŞ. was born in 1972 in city called Van. He joined construction industry in 1996. While operating in the construction sector, he did state contracting works for the State Hydraulic Works, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and Türk Telekom under the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. In 2001 he continued his career in the corporate parking industry. Also served in the airport, hotel and residence car parks sector. The experiences he gained during hic commercial life, he evaluated in Operational fleet leasing sector with the Dokay brand in 2005.
DOKAY Fleet Leasing serves its customers with more than 4 thousand vehicles today. In 2007, he entered the energy sector with the brand DOKAY Energy. He built hydroelectric, biomass and wind power plants. In 2010, he founded the real estate management company “Monopoly”.Mr. Özen continues his commercial life in operational fleet leasing, energy and real estate management sectors.
Salih Özen took an active role in many civil institution organizations during his business life. In addition to being a member of the Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TÜSİAD), he is a comptroller member of the Aegean Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (ESİAD), and also the vice chairman of the Western Anatolian Federation of Industrialists' and Businessmen's Associations (BASİFED) and a member of the Association of All Car Rental Organizations (TOKKDER).
