Born in 1979, Ayça Eroğlu graduated from Koç University, Department of Economics after completing her high school education at Nişantaşı Işık High School. She also completed the Boğaziçi University Executive MBA programme. After working as a financial audit at Ernst & Young in the first years of her business life, she started working at HSK in 2004. Between 2004 and 2010, Ayça Eroğlu worked at HSK in different departments such as purchasing, foreign trade, sales, marketing, finance, as well as the penetration of institutionalization efforts to the company. Also carried out her work with the preparation of the company's 5-year strategic road map, cash flow management, capital management and strategic partnerships. Ayça Eroğlu, managed the entire operation process of Systemair HSK merger between 2010-2012, was appointed as the General Manager in 2012 after the merger of the two companies. Ayça Eroğlu, continues today as Systemair HSK General Manager and Board Member, is also a member of ISKAV (Heating, Cooling, Air Conditioning Research and Education Foundation) Advisory Board.
Being the President of International Competitiveness Commision (URK) since 2015, which has received the support of Turkey’s Ministry of Economy, she is also conducting studies on the increase in Turkey’s exports of HVAC industry.
Other than sector activities, she is a member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the AKUT Sports Club Association Board of Directors, and is also a member of the Young Managers and Businessmen Association (GYİAD).
