Şeyda Dağlı graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Bahçeşehir University in 2004. She completed her master’s degree in European Studies at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom in 2005, where she wrote her thesis on the European Union’s identity policies.
Between 2005 and 2008, she worked at TÜSİAD as a Social Policy Specialist.
From 2008 to 2020, she continued her professional career in the private sector, holding various positions in procurement and project management. During this period, she remained actively involved in civil society organizations as a volunteer and served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors at Manisa GİAD.
She joined TÜRKONFED in January 2021 and subsequently served as Project Coordinator for the “Dayanıklı KOBİ’ler Güçlü Yarınlar” Project, implemented in partnership with SPARK, and the “Regional Business Networks” Project, carried out under the EU Civil Society Support Program. In 2022, she assumed the role of Program Director for the “Girişimde Kadın Gücü” (WeLead) Project, supported by Türkiye İş Bankası. She then served as Program Director of the “I Can Manage My Business” Program, implemented in partnership with VISA and UNDP, during 2023–2024. In 2024, she was appointed Director of the Responsible Business Helpdesk – RBH Türkiye, established in cooperation with GIZ, a position she continues to hold.
As of 2026, she continues her duties as Deputy Secretary General responsible for regional structuring.
