Şeyda Dağlı graduated from Bahçeşehir University in 2004 with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and International Relations and with a Master Degree from University of Exeter in European Studies in 2005. She wrote her Master’s thesis on identity politics of European Union.
She worked for TÜSİAD as Social Policy Specialist from 2005 to 2008. Between 2008 – 2020, she continued her professional life in purchasing and project management for private sector working at various levels. Simultaneously, she continued her voluntary work at non-governmental organizations and took part as a board member two terms at Manisa GİAD.
As of January 2021, she works as Project Organization Coordinator for Resilient SMEs, Strong Tomorrows Project carried out within TÜRKONFED.
