She studied Chemistry in Bogazici University and Urban and Regional Planning in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, besides Real Estate Development and Construction Project Management at New York University. During college she has worked in various branches of private sector from hospitality to sales, and then she also professionally worked in Urban Regeneration and Construction for 10 years as an Urban Planner / Project Coordinator / Business Development Director. As Refugee and Entrepreneurship Programmes Director in Habitat between 2017 and 2019, she has leaded a team for management of programs on refugee entrepreneurship, employment and socila cohesion with UNHCR, European Comission, US State (PRM) and UNWomen.

Since 2019, she has been working as the Project Director of the I Can Manage My Business Project with partnership of Visa and United Nations Development Program within TURKONFED. She has qualifications in project and business development, project management, team and project leadership, strategic planning, risk management, digital design and quality management (ISO 9001).
