After graduating from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration, Esin Güral Argat continued her graduate studies at Istanbul University Business Administration and Institute. She started her career in 1992 at Güven Çini and Seramik company, which she founded. Argat managed all the operational and strategic processes of the Evport initiative, which she started in 2005 to get to know the retail sector of the group, after she assumed the position of general manager at LAV, one of the family companies, in 1998.
Argat, who carried out the strategic structuring of the tourism investments of the Gürallar Group in 2008 and managed the installation of the Travelife Collection “Travelife Gold”, TUI Holly award-winning Alibey Resort Side facility, is also the architect of the creation process of the LAV brand, which is the 6th glass manufacturer in the world in the glassware branch. She is currently leading the group's global branding strategy with his investment in the luxury hotel segment in the Maldives.
Argat is also leading the industrial strategies and investments of the Gürallar Group, while also leading the nano-technology-based projects carried out in partnership with Bilkent and MIT Universities in order to embody its belief in the importance of information and technology in the business world. Argat, who works as the vice chairman of the board of directors in group companies, is also a Member of the Board of TÜSİAD, the "Digital Economy Roundtable Leader" of TÜSİAD and a full member of the board of directors of the Turkish Business Women's Association.
