Born in Diyarbakır in 1992, Abdulkadir KAPLAN completed his primary and secondary education in this city. Following her secondary education, she graduated from Dicle University-Department of Economics in 2017 and Mardin Artuklu University Master's Department of Economics in 2021. Working in the field of civil society since 2013, Kaplan founded Anka Project Consultancy – Organization company in 2020.
In 2016, she worked as a project assistant in the First Step to a Happy Life from Dream to Smile Project, which was financed by the EU and carried out by the MEKSA Foundation. In 2017, she worked as a project assistant in the EU-supported Women Registered to a Safe Future Project conducted by Dicle University. In 2018, he carried out the KA347 projects Peace Ambassadors and Life Without Barriers supported by the National Agency.
Kaplan, who has been the general secretary of DOGUNSİFED (Federation of East Southeast Industrialists' and Businessmen's Associations) since December 2019, carries out the Young Advisory Center project supported by the Ministry of Interior. At the same time, he carried out E-Commerce and Financial Literacy projects on behalf of DOGUNSİFED.
