İsmail Külah
İsmail Külah was born in the Devrek district of Zonguldak in 1958. He completed his primary and secondary education in Devrek in 1973 and graduated from İzmit Technical High School as an electrician in 1978. In 1984, he completed his undergraduate education at the Public Administration Institute of Turkey and the Middle East in Ankara, and during the period from 1986 to 1993, he worked in the service units of Zonguldak Revenue Office of the Ministry of Finance. He has been continuing his professional life as a freelance accountant, financial advisor and independent auditor in Devrek district since 1993. He served as a manager and chairperson for various NGOs, and as a member of the municipal council in local governments. He is still the President of BAKZİFED (Western Black Sea Industry and Business Associations Federation), which is also a Board Member of TÜRKONFED, Turkey's largest voluntary non-governmental organization. He is married with two children.
