| 1. Managing administrative, operational and financial aspects of the Business for Goals Platform | • Overseeing and executing B4G strategy, developed and approved by the B4G Board in line with strategies of founding partners of the Platform and national development priorities
• Reporting to and working collaboratively with the B4G Board and managing Board relations to improve the overall governance of the Platform including collecting, preparing and circulating any relevant information to the Board and taking and presenting minutes of all meetings • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Platform, including human resources, budgeting and financials, communications, event management, fundraising • Empowering and nurturing the Secretariat to perform at the highest standard |
| 2. Overall resources management and resource mobilization | • Lead resource mobilization, including Resource Partnerships, to support the delivery of results, including overseeing the preparation of partnership and funding proposals, donor briefings, etc., |
| 3. Partnerships, Representation and Advocacy | • Managing strategic partnerships including with national and international fora with advocacy networks, development practitioners, private sector actors, and decision and policy-makers.
