The national target of increasing women’s participation in the workforce from 30% today to 50%, which is the EU average, is also the target of the commission. For this purpose, studies will be carried out to encourage women's entrepreneurship and increase their employment. In addition to preparing reports to be used in the studies, informing and encouraging decision-makers within the framework of the report outputs, women will be directly accessed through special projects and will be led for a more diverse and inclusive business world.
