Adem Akın, born on October 15, 1981, in Ankara, Ayaş, Oltan Village, comes from a family involved in farming and trading. Until his twenties, he engaged in various agricultural and livestock activities in Ayaş. Additionally, due to his family's involvement in construction materials trade, he also participated in these activities during the same period. He completed his military service at Mardin Selen Barracks in 2001 and was discharged in 2003. He is married and has three children, two sons and a daughter.
Post-2003, he took on more active roles and responsibilities, mainly in construction materials trade, including residential construction and national iron trading activities. In 2010, he ventured into the ready-mix concrete sector by establishing Zirve Hazır Beton A.Ş. The company also operates residential construction projects and aggregate plants.
